This policy explains how we address scheduling changes, cancellations, and any disputes about the quality or scope of the work performed. By booking or paying for our services, you agree to this policy.

Scope and Definitions

This policy applies to all shrub trimming, tree care, and garden maintenance services provided by Kharleonezchol, whether booked through our website kharleonezchol.world, by phone, email, or other means. "Service" or "services" means the work we perform at your property, including but not limited to shrub trimming, tree pruning, shaping, cleanup, and general garden maintenance. "Booking" means your request or agreement to schedule one or more services on a specified date or dates. "Deposit" means any advance payment required to secure a booking. "Prepaid amount" means any sum paid in full before the service is performed. "Completion date" means the date on which we finish the agreed work at your property.

Nature of Our Services

Kharleonezchol provides shrub trimming, tree care, and garden maintenance services at your location. Once the work has been performed (e.g., shrubs trimmed, trees pruned, clippings removed), the service has been "consumed" and cannot be returned in the sense of returning a physical product. Therefore, this policy focuses on: (a) cancellation and rescheduling before the work is done; (b) refunds of deposits or prepaid amounts where applicable; (c) our response when you are not satisfied with the quality or scope of the work; and (d) the timing and method of any refund we agree to provide. We do not offer "money-back guarantees" or refunds simply because you change your mind about the appearance of your landscape after the work is completed, so long as the work was performed in accordance with what was agreed.

Booking and Payment

When you book a service with us, we may require a deposit or full payment in advance, or we may invoice you after the work is completed, depending on the type of service, the total value of the job, and the agreement we reach with you. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or in a written confirmation (e.g., by email). By paying a deposit or prepaid amount, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our right to schedule personnel and resources for your appointment. If we have not received payment by the due date specified in our confirmation, we may treat the booking as cancelled and release the slot. We accept payment by the methods we specify (e.g., credit card, check, electronic transfer); any fees charged by payment processors may be passed on to you where disclosed in advance. Prices quoted are typically valid for the period stated and may be subject to change for bookings outside that period or where the scope of work changes.

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the following applies:

If you have booked multiple visits (e.g., a seasonal package), cancellation of one or more visits may be subject to the same notice and refund rules above for each affected visit, unless we have agreed to different terms in writing.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

We may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control or for operational reasons, including but not limited to: severe or unsafe weather (e.g., heavy rain, high winds, ice, or conditions that make tree work or use of equipment unsafe); equipment failure or unavailability; illness or unavailability of key personnel; natural disasters; or other force majeure events. In such cases we will contact you as soon as practicable to reschedule at a mutually convenient time or to refund any deposit or prepaid amount in full if you prefer not to reschedule. We will not charge you any fee for cancellations initiated by us under these circumstances, and we will not retain any portion of your payment. If we cancel for reasons within our control (e.g., overbooking error), we will also offer a full refund or reschedule at your choice and may offer a discount or other compensation at our discretion.

Late Arrival and Access

If you or someone authorized by you is not available to provide access to the property at the scheduled time, or if access is blocked (e.g., locked gate, aggressive animal, obstructions), we may wait for a reasonable period and then leave. In that case, the appointment may be treated as a no-show or late cancellation, and our cancellation and refund terms above will apply. If you know you will be late or that access will be delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule or reschedule if necessary. We are not responsible for delays caused by your failure to provide access or accurate access instructions.

Satisfaction and Quality

We strive to complete every shrub trimming and tree care job to a high standard and in line with what was agreed (verbally or in writing) before the work began. If you are not satisfied with the quality or scope of the work, the following process applies:

We do not offer refunds or rework simply because you have changed your mind about the appearance of the shrubs or trees after the work is done, so long as the work was performed in accordance with the agreed scope. We encourage you to discuss your expectations with us before we start (e.g., how much to trim, desired shape, areas to avoid) so we can align on the desired outcome and reduce the likelihood of misunderstanding. Any agreed scope or special instructions should be confirmed in writing (e.g., by email) when possible.

Partial Performance

If we are unable to complete the full scope of work in a single visit due to weather, time constraints, or other reasons beyond our control, we will complete as much as possible and communicate with you about the remainder. We may schedule a follow-up visit at no extra charge where the partial completion was due to our scheduling or operational reasons, or we may offer a proportional refund or credit for the unfinished portion. If the partial completion was due to your request to stop work, or to access or safety issues at your property, the portion of the work completed will be charged in full in accordance with our quote or agreement, and any remaining balance may be refunded or applied to a future visit as we agree in writing.

Refund Method and Timing

Any refund we agree to provide will be made using the same method of payment you used (e.g., credit card, check, bank transfer). If the original payment method is no longer valid (e.g., card expired), we will work with you to arrange an alternative method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days of our confirmation that a refund is due. For card payments, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution. If you have not received the refund within 15 business days, please contact us so we can investigate and, if necessary, resend or use an alternative method. We do not charge a fee for processing refunds that are due under this policy.

Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a charge, the quality of work, the application of this policy, or any other aspect of our services, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter. Our contact details are on the Site. We will acknowledge your dispute promptly and will work in good faith to reach a resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute through direct communication, the matter may be subject to the dispute resolution and governing law provisions set out in our Terms of Use, including the jurisdiction of the courts in King County, Washington. You may also have rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your state or country; nothing in this policy limits those rights where they cannot be waived.

Changes to This Policy

Changes will apply to new bookings made after the effective date and, where relevant and permitted by law, to existing agreements.
